So I had the idea to concoct a white chocolate cookie butter latte the other day. I used my Aeropress to make my "espresso" shot and then on the stove I whisked 1/4 cup white chocolate chips and 1 spoonful of cookie butter in a saucepan with 1 cup of milk until it melted completely. Once it was all melted and I frothed the milk a bit with the whisk I poured the mixture into my espresso and oh my gosh, it was delicious! I promise you won't be disappointed. If you don't have an aeropress you could probably use very very strong coffee instead. I would suggest about 1/4 cup of very strong coffee to begin with and add more if needed.
