Reading: Bossypants by Tina Fey & The Great Gatsby. I am loving Bossypants so far. It's hilarious and definitely keeps my attention. It's hard to put down. The Great Gatsby is one of my all time favorites. I'm rereading it since the movie came out. I absolutely adore the movie. If you haven't seen it you need to!

Doing: Making lots and lots of lattes. It's gotten to the point where I make myself a latte every morning. I'm kind of addicted. Fletcher and I are trying to expand our coffee horizons as well and have been using our french press a lot more instead of just using the aeropress all the time. I kind of love being able to make delicious coffee drinks at home. We have a pretty legit mini coffee shop set up. We just need to invest in an espresso machine next.

Working on: Possibly renaming my blog. I can't decide but I want it to make more sense for me. Honey & Thread just sounded really good at the time and I still like it but I don't even really like honey and I don't sew or anything so I just wanted to come up with something that better describes me and the things I post on here. My blog started as a recipe/lifestyle blog I suppose and now it's more of an everyday photography type blog.

Watching: Dexter. We finally started watching it and it's amazing! Fletcher and I are total movie/tv show junkies. We can binge watch the crap out of some Netflix. I've been wanting to watch Dexter forever and then they took it off of Netflix instant and they finally put it back on so we started it. We are almost to seaon 4 and it just keeps getting better if you ask me. Also, I'm super sad that How I Met Your Mother is ending soon! It's one of our favorites and we are going to miss it so much! Mad Men and True Blood are ending too! Geez! All our tv shows are going off! :(

Loving: My husband, my biff, my parents and my puppy. They have all been amazing lately and I don't know what I'd do without them.

tv time

Needless to say, Fletcher and I are huge tv watchers. We have our shows that we have to watch every week and we very rarely miss an episode of on of our favorite shows. This season we are going to be very very busy watching a lot of shows. We can't help it, they are just so good! We were talking the other day and decided that tv shows are kind of like a movie that you want to go on forever and they kind of do. Tv shows are kind of like extra long movies. It's awesome! So, here's a list of the shows we will be watching.

Sunday:
The Simspons: Best way to start out the week. With the longest running and best animated show on tv.

Desperate Housewives: This one is more for just me but Fletcher does like to watch it sometimes. He usually plays on the computer while I watch and he will pay attention a little bit then eventually get sucked into the drama.

Pan Am: This is a new show we are excited to see. We both love Mad Men and this is another show set back in the 60s so let's hope it has some of the same charm that Mad Men does.

Monday:

How I Met Your Mother: This is probably our favorite show. We started watching because one of our friends said that Fletcher acts like Marshall (top right corner) and that I act like Lily (top middle), Marshall's wife, so we watched an episode to check it out and it was kind of freaky. There really are a ton of random similarities. Since then, we've been hooked and we've even had other people, who didn't even know about the Marshall/Lily thing, tell us that we remind them of them. I mean, we are pretty awesome. haha!

Mike & Molly: This show is just cute and of course funny. We kind of stopped watching half way through last season so we are going to try to catch up and start watching again.

The Playboy Club: Yet another show set in the 60s. So far we've only watched one commercial for this show but it looks intriguing so we are going to check it out.

Hart of Dixie: I love Rachel Bilson. Fletcher and I loved The O.C. and were huge Seth & Summer fans so we are both really excited to see her in a new show. It looks super cute.

Tuesday:
Glee: We love it. Enough said.

New Girl: Um, what could be better than Zooey Deschanel being cute and nerdy. Nothing. We highly recommend this show!

Raising Hope: Fletcher and I both love this show. It's funny and has a super duper cute baby! Seriously, Hope is precious. Everyone on this show is great. This is definitely a must watch as well.

Wednesday:
The Middle: Who doesn't love the janitor from Scrubs?? He was awesome. Now he's back as a Dad in this super funny sitcom. We've watched this show from the beginning and it's good. My parents got us stuck on it. They always make fun of me and say that I am like Sue Heck (the daughter). I disagree. She's goofy....okay, I'm goofy too sometimes but man, she can do some pretty silly things. I don't recall being that naive. Haha!

Modern Family: This is probably one of our top 5 favorites. Every person in this show is awesome! They couldn't have put together a better cast for this. It's hilarious. If you haven't seen it you should definitely check it out.

Thursday:
Grey's Anatomy: I have seen every episode of this show so far. I am obsessed. Fletcher didn't really like it at first but after he watched a couple of episodes and saw some of the crazy medical cases he usually watches it with me.

Whitney: Pretty excited about this show. It's about Whitney and her boyfriend and her trying to spice up their relationship. It looks pretty funny from what we've seen so far.

This isn't all of the shows we will be watching either. Of course, we will be tuning into the new seasons of Family Guy and The Cleveland Show. Oh! I almost forgot, there are a few other shows that don't start until next month or so we will be checking out, Last Man Standing, Cougar Town, Allen Gregory and I Hate My Teenage Daughter. I think that's all. Let's hope we don't lose track! I wish we had a dvr but alas, we do not. That probably would be a good investment so we don't have to be glued to the tv everyday so we don't miss a show but eh, we don't really do much during the week anyway.

What shows are you looking forward to?
