Pumpkin Spice Pumpkin Seeds






These were extremely tasty and super easy to make!

Pumpkin Spice Pumpkin Seeds

2 c. pumpkin seeds, cleaned and dried
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pumpkin spice
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit.
Spread pumpkin seeds out on cookie sheet and roast in oven for 15 minutes. Stirring every 5 minutes. If the seeds are not golden brown after 15 minutes then continue baking for 5 minute increments until they are golden.
Once roasted, take out of oven and sprinkle the seeds with vegetable oil. Then add all of the spices to the seeds and toss until evenly coated.
The spices can be adjusted for personal taste and the recipe can be doubled or tripled as needed.

  2. I love roasted pumpkin seeds!! I've never heard of anyone putting cinnamon and sugar on them - great idea! I'll have to give it a try next year!
